FirstUsers provides an AI-powered idea validation platform that analyzes startup concepts through market research, persona simulation, and competitive analysis. Reports are generated for informational purposes and should not be treated as financial or legal advice.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to use FirstUsers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use magic link authentication — no passwords are stored. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
3. Intellectual Property
Your ideas and submissions remain your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of any content you submit. Generated reports are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. You may not resell or redistribute the platform itself.
4. Data Usage
Submitted ideas are used solely for generating your validation report. We do not share, sell, or use your data to train models. Data is stored securely and can be deleted upon request. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Limitation of Liability
FirstUsers is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our reports. AI-generated analysis is probabilistic and should be used alongside your own judgment and research.
